1. Acceptance

By using FAM, you agree to these terms. FAM is a tool for personal coordination and group organization.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use FAM. By using FAM, you confirm that you are 13 or older. Younger family members may be added to a space by a parent or guardian who manages their participation; FAM is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.

3. Usage & community standards

You are responsible for the content you post. We expect all users to respect the safety and privacy of others within their shared spaces. We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, or objectionable content. You can report any message, post, comment, or photo, and block another member, from within the app; reports are reviewed and offending content and accounts may be removed.

4. FAM Pro subscriptions

FAM Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Prices may change with notice; any change applies to the next billing period.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to spaces that violate our community guidelines or are used for illegal activities.
